These terms govern the donation process through this website owned by Fundación Privada en Defensa de los Derechos-Keren Hayesod (Tax ID: G63070833).
This site manages donations to the entity and does not ship physical products. Therefore, no shipping policy applies.
- Card or Bizum donations: once payment is completed at the gateway, cancellation is not possible. If you detect an error in the amount or an unauthorised transaction, please contact us at rep1@es.khuia.org as soon as possible.
- Bank transfer donations: you can cancel the order before executing the transfer. If it has already been made, contact us to review your case.
Due to the nature of donations, the right of withdrawal does not apply. However, in case of an erroneous charge or duplication, we will review your refund request. Write to us at rep1@es.khuia.org.
Transactions are carried out through secure gateways (e.g., Redsys) with security and encryption protocols. This site uses HTTPS/TLS.
